Inter / Final / Foundation ONLINE Exam Application Form for December 2012 Term Examination

Instructions :

REVISED SYLLABUS -- 2008 Please put your correct registration number.

Once the filled up form is submitted online you can't edit it or submit another form under the same registration number. Photo and signature upload is mandatory at next page.

Photo and signature upload is necessary. Please get ready with scanned photo and signature seperately as JPG format.

Photo and signature scan must be from Institute Identity Card.

Photo size should be : 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm and signature size should be with in : 6 cm x 1.5 cm with perfect crop.

Photo and signature uploaded other then your photo and signature, your application will be summarily rejected.

Students downloading forms from website DO NOT have to add Rs. 50/- towards the cost of form to the examination fees (for Indian applicants only) to be submitted along with the filled in form and should be sent to the ICAI, Kolkata so as to reach the office by 10th April and 10th October for June and December Examinations respectively.
